4 LIVING.
This guy, Toby, is the living example how life can be if you are an outgoing person - or not. It all depends how you see the world. Through which lens you are looking. It totally depends on you.
When I edited these photographs I had the urge to write this very short, but impactful story.
I reflect a lot on my life and how I see life. And meeting Toby, who is an extreme extrovert, talks to absolutely anyone about anything, can shift a conversation from surfing to politics to cracking a joke midway to introducing himself to a chick walking down the beach while still talking to you and getting her number, really showed me that you can live exactly the life you want, it just depends which lens you are using.
It hit me so hard because I just recently saw the complete opposite, being in a state where someone is not outgoing, not ready to meet new people, to connect, to flow - Bali will be a completely different experience.
It’s the exact same place, exact same circumstances, but depending on your inner state, the world or/and reality will be completely different.
Not only Bali, but life in general. Think about it. What you send out to the world will radiate back to you. If you send out love and happiness, it will somehow find it’s way back to you. If you send out grief, anger, hate, whatever it is, it will definitely too.
If you follow this law, it’s hard to fall into the role: the victim of life.
Ask yourself, are you the director of your movie, or just another npc. You choose.
