Who.
Kerim Hehli is a photographer and visual storyteller based around the globe. Originally from Switzerland, he travels the world capturing stories and connecting cultures with his Leica.
His father didn’t gift him his first camera when he was 8 years of age, as most romanticized stories of professional photographers start — but he always had an eye and special touch when it came to design, culture and people.
Working as a Head of Marketing at a renowned BMW and BMW ALPINA headquarter in Liechtenstein, he was first able to use and develop his skills of branding, content creation and storytelling.
After an excursion into the hospitality industry and later health industry, he now found himself back where his skillset and passion lie.
With an open mind and open heart he approaches collaborations that go beyond borders, cultures or beliefs.
Working with well known brands — wether in Indonesia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein or elsewhere — empathy always comes first.
Only if you truly see what’s in front of your lens (not only in photography) can you understand and capture it.
When he’s not behind his camera — which is rarely the case — he loves playing Altinha (a Brazilian way of keeping the ball up) on the beach, helping his other half, Sam, in her 300 square foot vegetable garden, cooking heartfelt meals for his family and friends, or talking about how much he loves a minimalistic but soul-filling life.
If he would have to describe his mission in one sentence it would be:
Capturing the raw moments of life — because that’s the only thing life is:
Moment after moment after moment — until there is no more.
